Secret Ingredient Cupcakery was opened in 2018 by Rochester's own Cupcake Lady, Racheal Roberts. Her dream of opening a gourmet cupcake shop became a reality when Secret Ingredient opened it's doors in Webster, NY. These fresh baked cupcakes quickly became a household dessert staple. Daily baked, specialty cupcakes served with a smile have kept people coming back since the day she opened.

In 2021 Racheal trusted her bakery to it's new owner, Stephanie Faulisi. She is excited to bring you the same great taste and flavors you know and love. Stephanie graduated from pastry school in 2009 and has been working hard in the baking industry ever since. With a passion for sugar and a love for people, Stephanie has been baking her way to her dream of owning a bakery. Thanks to the support of her husband, Joe, her friends, family, and of course Racheal Roberts, she was able to take over the operation of Webster's most delicious cupcakes.
